School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely):
Strategic Plan Strategy: 100% of 9th grade students will have been evaluated for math and reading levels, participated in reflection on their academic progress, and been supported using Universal Accommodations.
- Action: Diagnostic Assessments in math and English to determine needs (and levels) of incoming students (6th and 9th grade in particular)
- Action: Frequent check-ins with Ohana students and Ohana talks for transcripts and 4-year plans.
- Action: Utilize universal accommodations (teachers and students; coaching on self advocacy)
