How do I know which lunch I have?

A longstanding tradition at Arts & Communication Magnet Academy, “Ohana” is an opportunity for students to gather together for community building, activities, and building a school culture that aspires to the Hawaiian word for family. More than just a homeroom, Ohana means family.

Students stay with the same group of peers from year to year in Ohana, usually with the same teacher, who gets to know them when they are young and traditionally reads their names at graduation. This shows as Period 10 (Advisory) on your class schedule. For the 2026-2027 school year, Ohana will be every Wednesday and Thursday.

What is our schedule if there is a 2 Hour Late Start?
